The menu keeps classics: espresso, macchiato, flat white, and batch brew when the urn is fresh. Seasonal drinks appear only when they earn the chalk.
Pastries come from nearby bakers - we rotate rather than freeze. Allergies are labelled at the case.
Iced options use the same espresso recipes, not syrup-first shortcuts. Ask for strength adjustments plainly.
